hgxy Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

By creating an account on hgxy.bet, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the hgxy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use hgxy's services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and hgxy.

hgxy reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform. Your continued use of hgxy following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

To register and use hgxy you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hgxy does not permit use by individuals under 21, regardless of whether the legal gambling age in a given jurisdiction is lower.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. False information provided at registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of hgxy or any of its software or game providers.
• You must hold only one account on hgxy. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, hgxy reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

hgxy may request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and identity within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restriction until verification is complete.

Each user may register one account on hgxy. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and the creation of a secure password. Your mobile number is your primary account identifier and is used for account recovery and, where applicable, two-factor verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hgxy login credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party, including anyone claiming to be an hgxy support agent.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Pre-match betting odds are set before an event commences and may differ from in-play (live) odds. hgxy does not guarantee that pre-match odds will remain available after a match or event has started.
• In the event of a game or match being abandoned, cancelled, or postponed before the relevant result threshold is reached, hgxy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the bettor's account balance in accordance with the applicable sport's rules.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any hgxy content without express written permission from hgxy.

No compensation is payable for platform downtime unless expressly required by applicable law.

Non-material changes (for example, clarifications of existing clauses, corrections of typographical errors, or changes to contact details) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Continued use of hgxy following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
